Companies who make the list are invited to the Inner City 100 Summit, a gathering of the CEOs of these incredible companies. And for the first time, winning companies will be profiled in BusinessWeek’s SmallBiz magazine. This exciting new partnership will provide a wide national platform to celebrate these inspiring success stories.

Help Inner City Businesses Access Capital

Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) is a national program designed to stimulate equity capital flow to underserved inner city markets, by matching inner city businesses with investors. The goal of the program is to educate inner city entrepreneurs about the equity process, and help them grow their companies to size and scale. The next ICCC event will be held in New York on November 19, 2008.

Network to Support the Inner City Economy

The Inner City Economic Forum (Forum) is the country's only national leadership network focused on business-led inner city economic development. Since its inception in 2003, the Forum has emerged as a powerful mechanism for generating innovative ideas on inner city economic development and transforming those ideas into action. This year’s Forum Summit is scheduled for September 25 and 26, 2008 in Miami.
